The United States Trustee has issued the attached Notice regarding new Chapter 11 periodic reports in specified cases, effective June 21, 2021. Please refer to the Notice for complete details.

To accommodate the 28 U.S.C. § 589b reporting requirements, the Court has created new CM/ECF events for use by non-small business debtors as follows:

• Chapter 11 Monthly Operating Report UST Form 11-MOR
• Chapter 11 Post-Confirmation Report

Additionally, the following events have been modified for use by small business and Subchapter V debtors:

• Chapter 11 Small Business Monthly Operating Report 425C
• Chapter 11 Small Business Post-Confirmation Report
