The Bankruptcy Court Clerk’s Office for the Southern District of Iowa will be open for limited services only starting Wednesday, May 1 at 3:00 p.m. through Friday, May 3 at 3:00 p.m. Employees will be attending off-site training.

Arrangements have been made for someone to be available to accept paper filings. Paper filings will be file stamped with the date received but may not be entered into the CM/ECF system until the Clerk’s Office Staff returns to the office the afternoon of May 3.

CM/ECF will be available for electronic filing and research on these dates, but there will be no personnel available to provide procedural help, filing assistance or case information searches. Documents filed electronically May 1–3 will receive final review and processing by the Bankruptcy Court Clerk’s Office on Monday, May 6.
